Went to Vegas in January with the Charlton's to see Garth Brooks and goof around without kids for a couple of days. Jim and I got online when tickets went on sale and got lucky to score 4 seats in the 6th row dead center. Jim even got to request "Desperado" when Garth pointed to him while taking requests. He played for over two hours and had his wife Trisha Yearwood come on stage for a couple of songs. Great concert! Also caught Cirque du Soleil show and took New York, New York for a little coin...1st time ever.
Ran into the Flynn's while we were there...and Krantz flew out for the night after I called him and told him we were in Vegas...he jumped on a plane after a couple big hands in Riverside and was gambling with us a couple of hours later...only Kranny.
Homemade pizza with the Grovers once we got home
