Played down in Colorado Springs last weekend at the base of Pike's Peak...beautiful. Tyler pitched a complete game in the championship which qualified us for the Triple Crown World Series in Steamboat Springs later this summer. Have not posted in a while...busy, busy, busy...but here's a few shots from last weekend. Enjoy the summer!

4/24 Wicked

We hit the Buell again last night and caught the touring production of Wicked. Great show...one of our new favorites! Would highly recommend for all ages. Went with Kuzma girls...left Tyler in Parker for a baseball game...of course he hit a triple and homerun in our absence...had more fun there than hanging out with us I suspect. 3/17 Happy St. Patty's Day

We are hot and heavy into kids' activities. Matt is taking drawing classes and is producing some awesome work...gets his talent from Mama no doubt. Baseball will start up for Matt in a few weeks. Kaylee is on two volleyball teams and can't get enough of the sport...she has definitely found her passion and is getting really, really good. Tyler is finishing up basketball and is 6 weeks into the baseball season. We had a baseball scrimmage this morning and he hit a game winning basket at the buzzer this afternoon to lead our basketball team to the championship game next week. Haven't taken many pictures...just enjoying being out in the Colorado sun and running from game to game. Flu bug got me two weeks ago which then lead to pneumonia...MJ had a temp this afternoon so we will see what happens with that...golf tournament at Arrowhead tomorrow followed by corned beef and cabbage at Grandma and Grandpa's...mmm...Happy St. Patty's Day!

Happy V Day!

I had the pleasure of taking both of my sweethearts out on dates this Valentine's Day. On Saturday Kaylee and I stepped out for the Sweetheart Ball at Southridge. We made valentines, enjoyed a nice dinner followed by ice cream sundaes with all the best toppings, bundled up for a horse drawn carriage ride and of course cut a rug on the dance floor...a very special night for me and one that I will treasure before our little girl grows up and seeks out a new dance partner.

The next day Deb and I met the Charlton's for some pizza and ice cream in the little town of Louisville before taking in another amazing Cirque du Soleil Show...Dralion. What a perfect Valentine's day weekend!

As we made our way through the quiet streets I noticed a figure following us from a distance and as we went under the occassional streetlight we realized it was a curious fox surely wondering why a horse drawn carriage was making its way through the neighborhood...he followed us for a few blocks before darting back into the darkness.

2/4 Snow Day

We received a nice big shot of the white stuff this weekend...20" in Highlands Ranch. Figured we would just hunker down and watch some movies over the weekend while things got cleaned up. Would recommend any of these three the next time you have two feet of snow in your forecast.

1/31 Pebble

I officially have a new favorite golf course...Pebble Beach. Can't describe how beautiful this piece of property is. You start to get chills as you drive up along the coast and get little glimpses of the back nine in between the ridiculous homes overlooking the course and bay. It was fun to play with all the grandstands up and the buzz around the clubhouse as they prepared for Tiger's arrival the following week. We had a beautiful day to play and it is an experience I will never forget.
